Absolute Blue’s Farewell to Sandy

Now that Sandy has gone not so gently into that good night, leaving behind a series of tormented souls in her wake, still reeling from the pounding as we lay exposed and at her mercy, still feeling the lasting effects of her presence, stinging with the lashes of a relentless assault, leaving us distraught, wondering what happened and however unassuming she once appeared, she left us knowing her true power and gazing in wonder at the devastation she left us, and with a healthy respect for the carnage that she induced. And apparently there was a big storm up north also…

Of course it’s finally time for the ultimate in Halloween celebrations at Lou’s Blues, along with its unparalleled costume party. Beginning Wednesday at 8:30, it’s more fun than you should be allowed, but we won’t tell…

But that’s not all. We continue the fine tradition of revelry into this weekend with a performance at the Tiki Bar in Sebastian Friday from 7 to 11. It’s located just south of Main street right on the river…

Then we close the weekend with a Saturday night at The Old Fish House at Treasure Coast Marina in Grant from 6 to 10…
