Since the dawn of the printed word and the advent of party politics, organizations have thrown their considerable influence behind candidates through endorsements, here say and slander in exchange for a lump sum or easy monthly payments. This election year is no different, other than the fact that The Worst Band You’ll Ever Love is getting in on the scam. From the candidates whose check has cleared, we endorse:

Melanie McBride, Congressional Professional, District 9: Contrary to her nickname, Felony Melanie, she pled down to a misdemeanor.

Travis Limpkin, Dog Catcher, District 13: Sure his platform stinks, but the dude can hold his liquor.
 
Bambi Johnson, Benevolent Despot: So she pays her taxes with folded dollar bills, what a set of policies.

Chris DiLucianal, Justice of the Police: A shoe-in for the transgendered vote, he/she still trails in the polls behind the incumbent, 2 school children and a 3 legged goat.

Dave Mikolycypyxyk, Parishioner Commissioner: He has convinced us that he can be an honest and selfless pubic servant. Just imagine how good he'll be once he makes parole.

That’s all we got to before football came on. But whether it's our recommendation or random selection, whether you vote by mail or vote by female, just make sure you get out there and vote like hell...
